Refund & Returns Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and complying with New Zealand consumer law.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion, provided:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If your return meets the above conditions, you may choose:

  • An exchange (subject to product availability), or
  • Store credit equal to the purchase price of the item

Store credit is valid for 12 from the date of issue.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Include your order number and details of the issue.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

If your item has a fault, we will offer a replacement, store credit or a full refund

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your item if you have received the wrong item or your item is faulty so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
